Reporting a repair
If something in your Homige property needs attention, report it as clearly as possible so the problem can be assessed and the appropriate action arranged.
When reporting a problem
- Identify the property and room where relevant.
- Describe the fault and when it started.
- Explain whether water, heating, electricity, security or another essential service is affected.
- Include photographs where they help explain the problem.
- State any access restrictions or times when access can be arranged.
Urgent issues
If the problem presents an immediate risk to people or the property, make that clear when you report it. Where you have already been given an emergency or tenancy-specific contact route, use that route for urgent matters.
Existing tenants
Existing tenants should use the normal tenancy contact or maintenance route provided to them. The public contact page can be used where no other route is available.
